Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation — Any Time
You may cancel your PolySharks Pro subscription at any time from the subscription dashboard by clicking "Manage Subscription" — this opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel in one click. After cancelling you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first charge, no questions asked. Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. This applies to the first subscription only — it does not apply to renewal charges.
3. Renewal Charges
We do NOT refund renewal charges (months 2+) once they have processed, as you had the opportunity to cancel before the renewal. If you forgot to cancel, email [email protected] within 48 hours of the charge and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
4. Free Tier & Pro Upgrade
PolySharks offers a free tier with no time limit (top 5 whales + Hot Today). Upgrading to Pro ($19.99/month) charges your card immediately and starts your subscription. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge — see Section 1 above. Cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period (the 7-day refund window applies only to your first charge).
5. Promo Codes & Referral Credits
Free months earned via promo codes or referrals are not refundable for cash. They can only be applied to extend your Pro subscription. Unused credits expire 12 months after they were earned.
6. Referral Payouts ($100 every 3 conversions)
Cash payouts are subject to fraud review. We may deny payouts for self-referrals, fake accounts, stolen payment methods, or referrals that cancel within 7 days (we do not count cancelled-and-refunded users as paid conversions). Payouts are sent via PayPal or bank transfer within 10 business days of eligibility.
7. Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact [email protected] — we resolve nearly all issues within 24 hours. Unwarranted chargebacks result in immediate account termination and a ban from future use.
