By using PolySharks.ai you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
By accessing PolySharks.ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and PolySharks.
2. Eligibility — Age 18+
PolySharks is for users aged 18 or older (21+ in jurisdictions where prediction markets require 21+). By using the service you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to form contracts in your jurisdiction. We may request age verification at any time.
3. Not Financial Advice
PolySharks is a market-intelligence and analytics product. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice. We do not recommend that you trade, bet, or take any action. Past performance of tracked traders does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and their consequences.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) use the service to break any law (including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or state-level prediction-market bans); (b) scrape or resell our data at scale without a written agreement; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer our Signal Engine or arbitrage detector; (d) use the service to harass individual traders we track; (e) create multiple accounts to bypass the free tier or referral limits.
5. Subscription & Billing
Pro subscriptions are $19.99 USD per month, billed automatically by Stripe until cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Taxes may apply based on your location. You may cancel any time in your account dashboard — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund.
6. Referrals & Promo Codes
Referrals earn 1 free month per paid conversion and a $100 cash payout per 3 paid conversions. Fraudulent self-referrals, account farming, or manufactured conversions are grounds for forfeiture of rewards and account termination. We review payouts manually; honest referrals are paid within 10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
PolySharks branding, UI, Signal Engine formula, and aggregated rankings are owned by PolySharks. Raw on-chain Polymarket data and public Kalshi data belong to those platforms; we aggregate and present it. You may quote up to 3 rankings per article with attribution and a link back; anything more requires a license.
8. Third-Party Services
The service depends on Polymarket, Kalshi, Stripe, Supabase, and email providers. We are not liable for their outages, data accuracy, or policy changes. Going to Polymarket.com or Kalshi.com is subject to their own terms — we do not operate those platforms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, real-time, or suitable for your purpose. Arbitrage opportunities shown may have disappeared by the time you act. Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolySharks' total liability for any claim is limited to (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
11. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be resolved via binding individual arbitration in Delaware under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to class actions. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may terminate any time by cancelling your subscription; your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
